Where do I start? uummm.... Let’s see... I meet my wife (Angela Michalec) when I was about 13 (1988) years old. She was my little sister's friend in Elementary School. Well anyway I finally asked her out when I was 15 (early 1990) and she said yes. But then she went and moved away about a month later to Texas. We didn't here from her again until June 1994, about a week after I graduated High School. She was then living in Missouri and flew down to visit for a week. We tried to get together then but she still had a year of school left. We spent as much time together that we could for that week, then she flew back home. We talked for a couple of months on the phone but it didn’t last long. Anyway we didn’t talk again until August 1997. She then flew down again for a week, but this time she had a daughter named Kaylee. I knew I couldn’t let her go again, so the weekend after she flew back to Missouri, I drove up there and moved her down to Florida. We got married 6 months later on February 14, 1998. A few months later we moved up to Missouri and tried to make it. We had my first son Cameron on March 18, 1999. And a year later we had my second son Casey on April 30, 2000. We lived in Missouri for 3 years with her parents and just could not make it on our own. Anyway her dad was offered a job in Chattanooga Tennessee, so we all moved down there. Three months after being there, I went to talk to an Air Force Recruiter and left for basic training on September 3, 2001. I was at basic training for 8 weeks while going through the September 11th tragedy. It was a very scary feeling. I left for Tech School on October 22, 2001 until February 2002. I didn’t see my wife and kids for 6 months. My first duty assignment was Tyndall AFB, Florida. I’ve been here at Tyndall now going on 7 years. I was diagnosed with Bi-lateral Avascular Necrosis of the Hips in July 2007. I had a Total Hip replacement on the right hip on July 30, 2008. Now the left hip is going. I am scheduled for the left hip replacement on 13 Apr 09. The Air Force is now going to Medically Retire me sometime in June or July 2009. So much for my Air Force Career……….. Well this pretty much wraps up my Bio…..
