Mr. Phelan has served as a member of the Board of Directors since March 2006. Currently, he is a chief executive officer of Ubicom, Inc., a leading provider of wireless communications and software platforms. Prior to joining Ubicom in April 2006, Mr. Phelan spent nearly 15 years and held various management roles in Cypress Semiconductor. Most recently he had served as vice president of the Data Communications Division at Cypress Semiconductor. Mr. Phelan graduated from the Engineering School of Trinity College at the University of Dublin in Ireland.
