I was a television producer in Paris when I thought of the idea of Families of the World more then years ago. Modern communications systems were supposed to revolutionize our world yet people from different parts of the world still do not know one another I believe that if every citizen of the world could know who they are, where they are, and with whom they share the planet, then perhaps human consciousness could take a significant step forward. I gave myself the mission is to bring to every citizen of the world, the information about this Humanity with whom we share the planet. I introduces the worlds residents to one another by living with, photographing, and writing about families who represent the conditions of living of the majority in every country of the world. Today I have shared the life of families in countries. A unique experience. This project has received support from agencies such as CIDA and UNICEF, UNFPA, UNESCO and companies such as Olympus and the Body Shop International. I have now incorporated a company to pursue the mission. Specialties Some of my work is published in Families of the World The Americas and the Caribbean and Families of the World East Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific. Two exhibit of her work have taken place at the United Nations in New York in the past years. One in Puerto Rico, France, Germany and in at the Cultural Foundation of Abu Dhabi.
