Diabetic since I was 13 months old and now 47..I have lived with the D' for 4 and a half decades. Author of the book The Joy of Diabetes. On insulin pump for over 17 years and using a cgms (continual glucose monitoring system) for about 4 years.,Having been diabetic for 45 years, I have chosen the path of acceptance, peace, and humor...I find that it serves me well....
As a Joyful Diabetic, I believe it is about Peace and Confidence with my situation....
