First and foremost I am a student of life and commit to ongoing continual improvement. I've been a chiropractor at heart since a terrible mountain bike accident a few years ago. Since that time I've dedicated the past 15 years of my life to helping people feel and function better. More importantly, I've committed to educating and informing people of positive proactive steps that can be taken now that will help them live healthy, happy lives not only now but in the future. One goal is to continue to educate others @ the "Foundational Principles of Health" so that people have the tools to improve their overall health and fitness. My main goal is helping people to be able to do and enjoy the things in life that they most like to do as long and as often as they'd like to do it! That's it. If I can help you be able to do what you used to but can't do now because of a problem, that is cool! I want you to get what you want!
