Growing up, Antonia was a young sous chef to her mother on holidays, a teenage waitress in her father's restaurant on weekends and a culinary student by the time she was 20. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, she spent time at Spago before becoming Executive Chef at Foxtail and later a favorite on the Emmy-nominated show, "Top Chef." She lives in Los Angeles with her daughter, Xea.
