Hi, I'm Ann Keeler Evans, M.Div., also known as the Wedding Priestess and the Celebration Queen. I spend my life helping my clients celebrate their lives. Wherever they are in the world or in their souls, I can help them gather their community, declare their intentions for making their lives richer and create a ceremony that will help them live into their dreams with the support of their loved ones. In addition to performing ceremonies, I have written two books: Promises to Keep: Crafting Your Wedding Ceremony and Remembering a Life: On the Death of Your Beloved. Recently I've started to create products to help you create the ceremony of your dreams.I spend a lot of time caring for my mom who is slowly dying of dementia and a collapsed spine. I'm learning so much about negotiating the health care system and also learning to accept my time with Mom as a wonderful meditation. I'm having a ball singing songs from her past with her and the rest of the community at her nursing home. Think of me as a Hospice Lounge Singer!Since February 2008, I have been married to my SweetPea. He's a wonderful man with whom I've started a not-for-profit entitled Peaceful Measures. He's an old hippie, Quaker, and a fabulous jazz and blues drummer. We're combining our interests in peace, rhythm and metre to explore ways for words and drums to become instruments of peace.
