Hi!Welcome to my site!I'm happily married with two wonderful children. An 11 year old daughter, although I'm pretty sure thinks she's like 15 (ugh), and a 6 year old son. They keep me on my toes, including my hubby! : )I had a BIG wake up call in 2008, when I saw a picture of myself!! It was time to make a change! I became a Fitness Coach, started to work out SERIOUSLY (I always have worked out, but not at my full potential), and changed my diet. I now drink Shakeology and eat 5 to 6 small meals (about 300-350 calories each) a day.In September of 2009 my world turned upside down. We discovered my husband had a brain tumor. It was a grim prognosis in the beginning... they told him he may only have a year and a half. They removed the tumor successfully and it ended up being a grade 2 instead of the grade 3 or 4 like they were suspecting. So thank the Lord we were given TIME! So here we are almost two years later and he is doing fantastic!!When you have a life changing moment like that, it really opens your eyes to what's important! Follow your dreams! Life is so precious, we have NO idea what the future holds for us so GO BIG, DO MORE and of course, DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF!! I always had a fear of teaching fitness, I conquered that fear! I now teach TurboKick, BodyPump, BootCamp Class & OWN my own Fitness Biz! Whew.... seem's busy, right? As long as I make my to do list every morning, it doesn't seem to get to crazy! Plus when you LOVE what your doing it doesn't even feel like work!My passions in life? Family, Fitness & Fun!!!!!! I can't get enough! But most of all, I LOVE helping others on their fitness journey!
