Just a few years ago I weighed 600+ pounds. I realized it was life or death and I had to act fast. I was drowning in a pool of fat and killing myself slowly with food. In 2003 I received gastric bypass surgery and it was the first step to getting control of my life. I drastically changed how I lived my life and realized that without a complete change in attitude, lifestyle, fitness, and eating for the rest of my life....I wouldn't achieve long term success. Almost six years later I'm still in control and now sharing my story through inspirational speaking and now working with clients individually around the world to help them achieve their goals. I help people realize their hurdles that have been stopping them from success and show them how to take control and realize thier health and wellness goals. Basically, I'm in the best possible job in the world where I make personal health dreams come true!
