I've been in the commercial construction drywall, metal stud framing, lath and plaster industry since 2001. I've been apart of a great variety of commercial projects including OSHPD Healthcare, Public Works, Schools, Aviation, T.I., High-Rise Hotel/Condo/Apartments, Gaming, Load Bearing and Theme Parks ranging in subcontract value from $100k - $100mm. More recently I've become extremely interested and involved in Lean Construction. I'm actively involved with the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) and their many events and seminars. I'm currently estimating/project managing one of Southern California's first truly "Lean/IPD" projects (Temecula Medical Center). There I participate in Pull Planning, Budget Cluster updates and A3 reporting. Specialties Extensive knowledge and background in commercial drywall, lath and plaster, EIFS, light gauge metal stud framing, heavy gauge metal stud framing, spray-applied fireproofing, Design-Assist. Computer software programs include On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid and The Edge Fireproofing Software.
