I stumbled into entrepreneurship after being laid off from a job I didn't even get to start in 2005. Being laid off was the best thing that could have happened to my career. I started freeelancing and then opened my own design, development, and consulting company three months later. I have lived all throughout Virginia since 1989, but grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. I currently reside in Charlottesville with my wonderful wife and kids. I'm the founder of Business Bullpen.
