I am an information worker and I enjoy tweaking and tinkering. Some may call it problem solving. I'm a goofy, geeky multimedia mom on a Mac mothering others on Macs multiple iThings. Using an Apple product is mostly intuitive when it's not, people call me for a helping hand. I show end users how to get more out of their gadgets by personalizing their experience in a holistic way. I facilitate learning and fix things when they break or hack things to make them work better. I don't 'do default.' I assess the needs of the consumer and help them create efficient and comfortable workflows that suit their needs. The product should fit the consumer, not the other way around. Tech should work for you unless you find it fun to work with tech, then it's not really work now is it
