No matter where you came from or what you've done, God still has a purpose for your life!-Cdubis a sought after singer, minister of The Gospel, administrator, but most importantly a saved and anointed man of God. Born and raised in Clarksdale, MS, Christopher was destined for greatness. At the tender age of 5 he galvanized audiences from Clarksdale to the White House by reciting the famous speech "I'm Determined to be Somebody Someday." In 1994 He joined the St. James Temple COGIC choir. It was there where he cultivated his vocal gift and began his music ministry. In 2000 he became a member of the renowned contemporary gospel quartet, Perspective. God afforded Coleman many ministry opportunities since his inception in the group. In 2001, he along with fellow group members traveled to Nashville, TN to minister at Donnie McClurkin's 1st Annual Back to Holiness Music and Ministry Conference. It was there when Pastor McClurkin seeded these words into him: "There is a platform for you. Stay in your word. Your season is coming." In 2002, he along with fellow group members released their first debut album, Dreams/Reality. Coleman has appeared on stage with countless gospel artists that include, Donald Lawrence, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Vickie Winans, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Karen Clark Sheard, the late Timothy Wright, Shea Norman, Ben Tankard, Mary Mary, James Hall, Bettye Ransom Nelson, Kim Burrell, and so many others. In 2005, he made his first national television debut on the gospel show Singsation! The showed featured the Williams Brothers and others. In 2007, Coleman made his second national television appearance on a documentary entitled, The States, which is currently airing on the History Channel. In 2009, he appeared on the Bobby Jones Presents Music Special on the Word Network. Christopher serves as minister of music at his home church, St. James Temple, COGIC, assistant district minister of music, Music Dept. administrative assistant for the Northern Mississippi Jurisdiction COGIC, and is an active member of the National Music Department for the Church of God in Christ.
