Brian Malin lives in Merritt Island, Florida. He is an alumnus of the University Of Florida, Brevard Community College-cocoa, Merritt Island Senior High School and Brevard Community College-cocoa Campus. He has worked for Publix and Baller. His favorite bands are Weezer, Blink-182, Green Day, Death Cab For Cutie, Brand New, Alkaline Trio and My Chemical Romance. Brian loves watching The O.c., Viva La Bam and Everybody Loves Raymond.

Together with Ian Coyle, Duane runs a creative studio and consultancy based in Portland, Oregon that focuses on design, culture, and craft. Duane is the founder of Thinking for a Living, a publisher and curator of thought-provoking design content. He is an Executive Member of the IADAS, the Webby Awards judging body, and serves on the board of Designspeaks. In 2011, Fast Company selected him as one of the 50 Most Influential Designers in America. Driven by curiosity, Duane’s work has been recognized by Graphis, The 100 Show, The Art Directors Club, The FWA, I.D. Magazine, Communication Arts, Creative Review, Computer Arts, IdN, Print and HOW Magazine.
