As Director of Microsofts Global Talent Labs organization John drives industry staffing efforts for Microsoft. Global Talent Labs is focused on future Staffing solutions and enabling the Microsoft Industry staffing organization to build and manage talent pipelines while maximizing Microsofts staffing investments. Global Talent Labs is a Talent Acquisition COE. Responsibilities include Global Systems, processes, operating model, Diversity recruiting, Military recruiting and our research organization. Previous to this role John managed staffing in the entertainment business of Microsoft driving recruitment for XBOX, Hardware, Zune and other consumer businesses. John is passionate about innovation in the recruiting function and is continually focused on helping recruiters and the businesses they support to realize a measureable improvements to quality of talent acquired.
