As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maine association of Realtors, and the Portland Association of Realtors I have the opporturnity to do what I achieve to do. With ongoing educational opportunities I continue to improve my networking. I work in the fields of REO's, waterfront homes, lots, residential and light commercial. I was on a team up until recently. I have helped people find their dream vacation homes, lots with mountain views, homes in upstart sub divisions, and first time buyers. Understanding the market and the non stop changing in the market and financing is important to me and to be on top of. Specialties I have been continuing my education regarding the market trends, real estate marketing, and trainings.
