I lend my Drupal specialist skills to Este Lauder's New York offices. I provide consulting and development services for their many, international brands with web solutions that involve Drupal as the technology of choice. In tandem, I run a consulting business that almost runs itself due to the excellent, expert, professional nature of the people I work with. I'm continuously challenged and always learning from this dynamic, strengthening mix of responsibilities. Previously I was the CTO for SwapBeats, Inc., a start-up company that built a Drupal-based social network facilitating music collaboration on the web. There I oversaw a remote and local dev and QA team, steering our company's technological progress via the synthesis of emerging technology and best practices, business goals, and devuser requirements. Before SwapBeats, I was a Senior Developer for Artist Arena in NYC where I architected, built and themed official artist sites for musicians such as Justin Bieber (bieberfever.com), Mariah Carey (mariahcarey.com) and Rihanna (rihannanow.com). My education background is based in business and economics, balanced with the arts and humanities.
