I work as the Program Manager for the non-profit organization The Reading Connection. I manage the Read-Aloud program where a team of over volunteers conduct Read-Alouds at homeless shelters and affordable housing complexes in Northern Virginia and DC. I conduct workshops with parents and in playgroups to build confidence in parents to read to their children. I also help with a variety of aspects of the organization by using my Spanish skills.
