Patrick has over years of experience in the residential design and construction industry running his own design firms, as well as, working directly for builderdevelopers on several large scale developments. Our goal is to service both individual clients who have a building site and need design services for their new home, addition or remodel project, as well as, partnering with top quality builders who want a designer who understands their needs and schedules and who understands what a realist budget means. We also do consulting work in a variety of construction related areas as needed, and especially in the area of land use regulations as they pertain to specific project sites.
