My biggest joy working for FranklinCovey is living our company mission - "We enabling the greatness in individuals and organizations everywhere." FranklinCovey creates transformational leadership in people and organizations everywhere through training, consulting, and principle based programs. Our main points of differentiation are: 1. Transformational Results. We produce live changing experiences for individuals and transformational outcomes for organizations. 2. Principles, Paradigms, and Tools. We believe that principles ultimately govern, that behavioral change can only work if mind-sets change first, and that practical implementation tools are necessary for achieving sustainable results. 3. A whole person approach. Individuals and organizations are made up of four parts, a mind, a body, a heart, and a soul. By focusing on all four parts, people and organizations thrive. To support this mission I have more than fourteen years of experience in private industry, as well as the non-profit sector. During this time I have earned and applied knowledge in the areas of leadership, (coaching, developing, and focusing); performance consulting, (strategy, mission/vision, and organizational effectiveness/efficiency processes); and human development, (culture shifts, change management, motivation, and conflict resolution). I am constantly studying in these areas to offer current, fresh, and unique insights that help develop valuable relationship skills, increased competitiveness, and drive essential bottom-line results within FC clients’ organizations. In addition to my consulting experience I have travelled across North America as certified facilitator in several internationally known programs including 7 Habits of Highly Effective People©, Leading at the Speed of Trust©, and Leadership and Self-Deception©. I also delivered other national programs, developed customized programs for clients, and delivered many keynote speeches.
