Tara Stover lives in Alton, Illinois, but has also spent time in East Alton, Illinois. She is an alumnus of the Southwestern High School. Some of her favorite bands are Tim Mcgraw, Mariah Carey, Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson, Kanye West, Faith Hill, The Spill Canvas and Luther Vandross.
