As a project manager for over thirty years in domestic and international for-profit and not-for-profit companies, I bring a wealth of experience to any project. I have had a focus in small task group, goal oriented, projects under extreme conditions, including field science exploration. I am skilled in project financial and contract management, negotiation, relationship marketing, networking, logistics, and communications. Through this work I have developed an extensive database of domestic and international contacts in a variety of business, scientific, artistic, exploration, and academic communities. As an international project manager and expedition leader, I have demonstrated strong leadership abilities in multi-cultural environments, and provide personal as well as project consulting and guidance. My extensive public speaking and presentation / lecture experience, has given me the ability to communicate the concepts, goals, and excitement of the projects I am involved in. I enjoy challenges and creative problem solving, strategic planning, and am a self-starter. My technical, computer, communications, and film/video/photography production skills have allowed me to deal with a range of situations requiring hands-on attention. I am semi-fluent in German, and have some verbal Spanish and French. I have proven writing and publication skills, including chapters in two books released Fall 2007: “They Lived To Tell The Tale†and “Adventurous Dreams, Adventurous Lives.â€
