I am a Massachusetts attorney, often recognized by my peers and the media for my expertise in real estate law, including litigation, title and conveyancing. I am presently the Chair of the Boston Bar Association's Title Conveyancing Committee and was recently selected as one of Inman News' Most Influential People in Real Estate. My practice is two-fold. I am a co-founder of TitleHub Closing Services LLC, which performs full service settlement agent work for national, regional and local lenders, as well as individual borrowers and sellers. At TitleHub, I handle a substantial amount of residential conveyancing and title work. I am also an experienced real estate and business litigator. I am often found litigating real estate disputes such as adverse possession, boundary disputes, zoning appeals, condominium disputes, breach of contract, title and landlord-tenant cases. Unlike a lot of litigators these days, I've actually tried cases, both before a jury and judge. I also have significant appellate experience in the Appeals Court, Supreme Judicial Court, and First Circuit. I am also well-versed in alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, and mediation, where a majority of cases are settled today.
