R. David Donoghue is a technology litigator with a particular focus on patent disputes. He is also the creator and author of the Chicago IP Litigation Blog. He practices in Chicago as a partner with Holland Knight LLP. More specifically, Mr. Donoghue is actively involved in both asserting and protecting his client's intellectual property assets. He also has extensive intellectual property licensing experience. Before joining Holland Knight, Mr. Donoghue was counsel to Delphi, the world's largest automotive supplier, where he was a founding member of Delphi's Technology Licensing and Litigation group and handled substantial international intellectual property litigation and licensing matters.
