Manage daily team performance required to achieve client goals. Identify low performers and ensure appropriate actions are taken to identify the root cause of low performance and ensure an action plan is implemented to close the performance gap. Achieve established production hours and revenue goals and minimize lost revenue opportunities by determining work schedules, managing absenteeism, attrition, and production stoppages. Identify skill or knowledge gaps in Team Leaders or Customer Service Representatives and develop action plans to help close these gaps and preparethese individuals for advancement opportunities. Identify any potential or real risks to the production team, projectperformance or organization as a whole. Actively participate in hiring.
