Railroad photography, frequently with an ultra-wide lens, is what motivates to maintain a Flickr account, although a few random photos of family and friends may wander into the stream from time to time. I shoot a Canon EOS D coupled with one of the following Canon EF-S -mm f.-. Sigma -mm f.-. DC IF Macro Canon -mm f L When conditions warrant, I occasionally use a Manfrotto XPROB tripod RC head. I've been fortunate to have my photos published in print by Trains, Railfan Railroad, Railroad Heritage, The Soo, Wisconsin Trails, and Canadian Pacific. My images have earned People's Choice Awards, Photo of the Week, and Screener's Choice Awards at that popular train photo site, and a good number of my images have made Explore.
