Norah Carroll is the digital marketing strategist at Veridian Credit Union, one of the nation's largest credit unions. She is responsible for developing the credit union's social media strategy and leading communication on social channels. Prior to joining the marketing team at Veridian Credit Union, Norah was a digital strategist at Lava Row, a social media strategy, consulting and education company based in Des Moines, Iowa. Norah graduated from Drake University with a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communication and a bachelor's degree in English. She is a member of Drake University's National Alumni Board of Directors and its School of Journalism and Mass Communication National Advisory Council. She also serves as a Digital Disaster Volunteer for the American Red Cross, supporting the Red Cross' social engagement efforts during times of disaster. In her spare time, Norah works part-time at the Apple Store, helping customers get to know their new Apple products and geeking out over new technology. She is the proud owner of a hedgehog named Woz, named after Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.
