Michael Hoisington has experience and expertise in the areas of trademark and copyright prosecution and protection, e-commerce and entertainment law. He is experienced in effective procedures for protecting trademarks and copyrights, including prosecution of federal trademark and copyright applications, and advises clients in those areas.
