I am actively involved in projects that fuse the disciplines of law, technology and business. Drawing on these three distinct fields of experience, I bring an uncommon and uniquely helpful interdisciplinary approach to problem solving. To that end, I spend a significant amount of professional time in three areas. Firstly, I founded the Boston Expert Witness Group, a litigation consulting firm that delivers winning evidentiary strategies for medical malpractice law firms. Secondly, I serve as the CTO and General Counsel for UnionConnect, the mobile communications platform for organized labor. Thirdly, I have worked for a range of clients on legal, technological and business issues ranging in size, complexity, and focus. As a lay leader, I serve as the Chairperson of the Boston-Haifa Connection's Young Leadership Committee, a program of Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston. There, I work to develop economic, philanthropic, and social justice connections between Bostonians and residents of Haifa, Israel. My previous litigation experience involved representing juvenile criminal defendants in numerous prosecutions across northeastern Massachusetts. I am an experienced litigator with strengths in criminal law, juvenile law, estate planning, family law and intellectual property.
