Program Manager UPDATE - I've been developing new programs in our supply chain, and I've been promoted in order to continue on that path. I answer questions - from simple inquiries to complicated riddles - by explaining the story behind the data analysis. Presenting only facts and figures to an audience is as tedious as being a member of that audience. So instead, I provide insight - on many kinds of projects, ranging from website analytics to program analysis. I utilize my finance experience ( years) and degree in computer information systems daily to mine data, analyze it, and interpret the meaning into stories. My data and stories are then used for program direction, changes in tactics, locating opportunities, and for many other business needs. What sets me apart from many in this field is my interpersonal skill. I value data, technology, AND humans. This has helped me to build and maintain strong relationships with individuals at all levels of organizations. The knowledge I receive from these resources helps me verify what KPIs and metrics are important, causes of trends, and in many other ways.
