In my journalistic career Im trying to focus on various security issues, terrorism, US politics and world of intelligence agencies. I have had a chance to visit Kosovo, West Bank, Transnistria, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Taiwan, Burma, South Sudan, USAF bases and many others interesting places. It was great privilege and honor for me to make interviews with many distinguished persons. Just to mention few Shirin Ebadi (Peace Nobel Prize winner), Kim Campbell (former Prime Minister of Canada), Helena Houdova (Czech supermodel), Vaclav Havel (former disident and Czechoslovak and Czech President), Zbigniew Brzezinski (United States National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter), His Royal Highness Prince El Hassan bin Talal (uncle of King Abdullah II of Jordan), Fareed Zakaria (famous author and foreign affairs analyst), Bob Geldof (famous singer and political activist), James Woolsey (former director of CIA), Gen. Wiliam Odom (former director of DIA), William McRaven (Commander, U.S. Special Operations Command), Mircea Raceanu (so called last political prisoner of dictator Nicolae Ceauescu), Paul Wolfowitz and Richard Perle (two of eight Vulcans of GWB), Mike Durant (who was held days in the captivity by Somalis rebels in October after the Battle of Mogadishu - you probably know the story from the movie Black Hawk Down), Hashim Thaci (Prime MInister of Kosovo and former leader of UCK), Jan Fischer (Czech Prime Minister). The really special one was the interview with British explorer Fiona Thornewill. I called her on the phone when she was exactly on the South Pole after her record-breaking walk. I have many interests -) Specialties US domestic, security and foreign policy and American society, Czech Rep. domestic and foreign policy, China security and foreign policy, China-Taiwan relationships, world of intelligence agencies, security policy in general, transatlantic relationships, NATO, history of Cold War...but once again I have many interests -) I also occasionally serve as a moderator for the events related to international relations, foreign policy and defense.
