I was an elected official until I retired at 57 by doctor's orders. (Docs told me to retire at 52.) So who listens to doctors, anyway? I do political consulting as a means of keeping retirement boredom at bay. Political connections in Broward and Florida are vast. When I don't work campaigns, I write. I hold one of the very first A+ Computer industry certifications issued. Didn't have to go to school or study from a six inch thick book to pass the test, either. Held a First Class Radiotelephone license until the FCC dropped the program. Converted to a General Class license until the FCC dropped that, too. No more tests. All one had to do after that was to be able to print your name on a certificate.
