Erik Paulsen lives in Nashville, Tennessee, but has also spent time in Portland, Oregon. He is a 2002 graduate of Huron High School and 2006 graduate of Pomona College. He works for Bum Bum in the capacity of Cook. Pedro The Lion, The Hold Steady, Dillinger Four, Okkervil River, The Constantines, Gaslight Anthem, William Elliott Whitmore and Bruce Springsteen are some of his favorite bands. Erik's a big fan of Kitchen Confidential.
