As a technical professional with over 10 years of experience in systems administration, helpdesk, hardware and software support; I believe I posses an excellent knowledge of all areas of technology, computers, software and the internet. I find it very easy wearing many hats at the same time, going from project lead, to implementation, to training and support. I believe that adaptability and being able to take complex technical issues and relate them to end users in a very non-technical way are my strengths. Training end users on hardware and software come very easily to me. As a technical project lead, I believe it is important to provide focus and attention to detail while listening closely to client needs. My goal as a technical support professional is to collaborate to solve problems and to develop long term solutions that reflect the needs of both the client and the end user, while remaining focused on the larger goals and moving each project forward to completion.
