I am a May Drake University graduate with a triple major in Magazine Journalism, English, and History and a minor in Marketing. I currently work as the Communications Specialist at Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, where I help produce the INHF quarterly magazine and assist with media relations. I'm highly dedicated to my work and can easily adapt to unfamiliar situations. With my varied communications experience and my love of learning about any and all topics, I believe will make a great addition to any editorial or marketing team. I've held professional internships in newspaper reporting, public relations, social media marketing for Parents magazine, custom content marketing writing, and national magazine editorial writing as an apprentice at Living the Country Life and as an ASME intern at Every Day with Rachael Ray.
