Coach Kimberly, The Wellness Coach for Women, is helping women from all backgrounds move from day-to-day living to truly living each day. Knowing what it’s like to be stuck in the highway of life, Kimberly can relate to the feeling of watching her life play out like a movie, looking from the outside in. After making triumphant changes in her own life, which was even looked down upon by some of her peers, she now is inspired to help others seize the day. Her vision is to continue helping women launch out of the ordinary into the extraordinary. Kimberly knows that everyone has a dream yet some feel they may never reach it because they are of the mindset that they are not worthy, they don’t have the time, or they are consumed with taking care of everything else but themselves. She was once there herself. Now, coming from a place of total wellness, her passion is to assist women in finding balance of mind, body and spirit. Kimberly Alexander’s coaching is specifically designed for each woman, in order for her to come into her true self.
