Kevin Lynch, CCIM, serves as a Managing Director for SPERRY VAN NESS Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Arlington Heights, Illinois. He specializes in the sale of office and industrial properties primarily in the Greater Chicagoland area. With over years of industry related experience, Lynch has secured over transactions in his career. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Lynch served as a co-owner of Barrington Partners, LLC, a regional real estate firm, where he provided executive level client representation for a diverse industrial, office, institutional, and municipal client base primarily located in the Greater Chicagoland area. Previously, he served as vice president for Podolsky Northstar Realty Partners, LLC for years. In college Lynch and a partner bought a wholesale sporting good business, turned it around to profitability and sold it in his senior year of college. He has represented international and national firms such as Mirvac Funds Management, CenterPoint Properties, Republic Industries, SNECMA USA, The Micro-Master Company and COSCO, Inc. Additionally, Lynch has been retained as a commercial real estate consultant in the past for a number of Chicagoland communities including Morton Grove, Prospect Heights, Hoffman Estates and Bartlett and has been retained to testify as an expert in Cook County court cases. Lynch holds an Illinois Real Estate Broker's license and earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He has also served as the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers' director the chairman of the organization's Ethics Committee and has been an active member since . Lynch is also active in various charitable and civic groups. For a three-year period of time, he has coordinated all fundraising events at his children's school and has served as an officer on the School Board.
