I love editing and writing, primarily leveraging my experience as a leadership coach, psychologist and organizational learning specialist. I am currently an independent senior editor for Harvard ManageMentor, Harvard Business Publishing's award winning online learning program. Last year I led the video content development team for Liberty Medical's " Steps to Diabetes Success," a consumer education website which won the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange (MITX) award for "Best Branded Content." I authored "Becoming a Life Change Artist Creative Skills to Reinvent Yourself at any Stage of Life" (AveryPenguin Group, ) with co-author Fred Mandell PhD, and was collaborating writer for several leadership and professional books. I integrate background as psychologist, manager, and creativity expert to coach leaders and professionals engaged in significant personal or professional transformation. I also work with leading companies in financial services and technology, as well as government agencies and health care organizations, providing advice to executive teams on the people side of major strategic initiatives.
