I am currently acting as a trainerfacilitator of interview workshops helping people with their employment transitions. In this capacity I review and make suggestions for improvement of current workshops, seek possibilities for future workshop needs, facilitate individual and team activities, as well as proofread and edit training materials and resumes. My strengths are in quickly determining personality, skill and organizational fit, clarifying and simplifying complex concepts for ease of understanding, getting to the bottom line, disseminating information, flexibility in training delivery, high energy one on one or small team coaching, event planning and coordination, research, and keeping a sense humor in all situations. I love working with young people and those in many forms of transition and have acted frequently in school, volunteer, and professional capacities as a trainerfacilitator and coordinator for management, employees, vendors, off-site accounts, teachers and students. Having recently graduated from San Jose State University in Human Resources Management with a history in customer service and management, I'm currently seeking opportunities in Human Resources, Career Services or Training Development in the San Francisco Bay Area, but would relocate for the right opportunity.
