After starting three companies with the successful exit of one, co-founded an entrepreneurial non-profit, and over two years of research and work experience in China I have extensive experience in customer acquisition, pricing strategies, business systems, product development, market penetration and management of sales and conversions. My career goal is to become the most recognized diamond dealer in the Chinese market by bringing technology and innovations to the growing market. I bring to the table a critical interdisciplinary and global perspective with the passion for solving challenging issues. I have learned to incorporate a latticework approach in all issues. My efficiency in marketing research, strategic analysis, and communication skills as well as the qualities, - enthusiasm to learn, critical thinking, determination and dedication to follow through - allow me to leverage individual strengths and weakness in order to meet and exceed expectations. My strengths are new product development, product placement, pricing strategies, sales tends, cost per lead, and life-cycle planning. My passion consists of diamonds and the Chinese luxury market. My short term career goal is to work to expand my knowledge of the U.S. domestic diamond industry. My long term career goal is move back to China to capitalize on the aspiring demand for luxury diamonds.
