My career experience has included almost all aspects of Information Technology including network, server, and storage infrastructure management, data center design and management, and leadership of large teams of people. IT LEADERSHIP I am very passionate about technology and the success of the people using it. I have paid close attention to my performance as a manager and care about the careers of my team as well as their contribution to the company. I am a capable hands-on technical resource, IT visionary, and a proven leader capable of enabling an IT team to great accomplishments and successful careers. I absolutely love leading a team of IT people to success - nothing gets me out of bed and excited for the day than helping my team to achieve our goals. IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT I have experience leading teams to success with enterprise systems and applications. I have experience implementing and supporting social collaboration platforms (Jive, SharePoint), CRM systems (Salesforce), as well as financial systems (Softrax, Intacct). I enjoy integrating systems and providing business work-flow between disparate systems. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE I am very well versed in messaging technologies and I have hands-on experience implementing every version of Exchange into production environments (Microsoft Mail through Exchange ). I thrive in challenging environments where mixed technologies working together are required for success. Environments blending Windows with Linux and Mac systems are of particular interest to me. I am familiar with enterprise server and storage systems as well as data center controls. I have designed three data centers and participated in several redesigns and upgrades of environmental systems including HVAC, Fire suppression, UPS, and electrical systems.
