Jillian has a well-rounded HR background, including experience in recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, health & wellness and HR information systems. Jillian has substantial experience customizing HR solutions to fit business needs and aligning organizational requirements with employment law. She is a relationship builder and holds high regard to client satisfaction. Jillian has completed her Bachelor of Management in Human Resources & Social Responsibility and Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. In the coming years, Jillian intends to enroll in the Masters of Global Management at Royal Roads University. The word "community" has a lot of meaning to Jillian. She is committed to helping others and giving back. She commits herself to organizations associated with the UN's Millennium Development Goals, including Junior Chamber International. Her work in the non-profit community includes educating various age groups on topics such as: gender equality, work-life balance, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and the opportunity to be involved in the global community. Jillian was named the 2010 Recipient of both the Human Resources Institute of Alberta's & Human Resources Association of Calgary's Rising Star Award. The award is given to a HR professional who shows great promise as a future leader in the HR community.
