Jeanette honed her computer skills while working at the largest public utility company in Maryland. During that time, she assisted in the implementation of computer networks throughout the company. She devised training programs, and traveled to outlying locations to instruct employees on everything from the basics of using a personal computer to using various software programs. Jeanette was instrumental in creating a program to ease the transfer of data and files from a dedicated word processing system to the new personal computers and networks. After relocating to Tennessee, Jeanette launched her own company in the fall of 2003. In the beginning, the company only provided transcription services. It was through this venue that she and her team learned about Internet Marketing and online business practices. After listening to her clients, she realized there was a real need for someone to provide administrative, marketing, project management and customer support services to people starting or running an online business.
