Since my own career has been eclectic and I have made a transition to a new industry more than once, I find it rewarding and exciting to work with professionals who are considering a job change or going through a career shift. Ive been a career consultant for over years and Im known for my sweet spot of using a variety of assessment tools to help individuals identify their MBTI preferences, functional skills, values and interests and recognizing how this information may impact their career satisfaction and the entire search process. I believe that each person approaches a job change or career transition differently depending on a variety of personal and professional factors. My focus is to discover how I can customize an approach and plan that will help each person achieve their goals. My background has included experience in marketing, business development and sales within the healthcare industry. Ive also been fortunate, earlier in my career, to tap into my entrepreneurial and creative side as the owner of an antiques shop. Overall, I think my niche is being able to build authentic relationships, establish trustcredibility and motivate lasting changes in behavior.
