Lisa Kramer, MSW, PCC is a seasoned coach, facilitator and educator who specializes in leadership coaching, coach training and mentor-coaching with professionals who want to become coaches or add coaching skills to their professional toolbox. Her company, Leading with Intention, partners with organizations to achieve greater business and personal success by integrating a coach approach throughout the organization. Lisa is currently on the faculty of the UT Dallas Executive and Professional Coaching program and was previously at the Institute for Life Coach Training. She serves as a leadership coach for the Executive Coaching and Feedback Program, and the Leadership Fellows program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
