As an Energy Health Coach, I help people change unproductive habits, manage pain and improve their quality of life through holistic and self-empowering practices, such as, energy health techniques, biofeedback, somatic therapy, guided imagery and active meditation. I've designed a self-care tool to help improve focus, creativity and increase motivation called Active Meditation for the Active Mind. Group workshops are available periodically at George Mason University in VA. Clients are seen in person in the DC Metro area, over Skype, or via phone.
