User experience research, strategy, and design for organizations looking to transform how they engage their audience. With a focus on rapid, iterative, people-centered approaches, I utilize storytelling techniques (personas, scenarios, themes, prototypes) to develop innovative audience engagement platforms, products, websites, and applications. I have extensive experience in field research using ethnographic techniques and the application of this research to design solutions. I also do information architecture, design facilitation, creative direction, and storytelling. I work in a variety of industries, including travel, education, financial services, and non-profit organizations. I particularly enjoy working on projects that are socially and politically engaged.
