Established in 1976 by David Holt doing floor waxing and carpet cleaning only. As the needs of clients increased so did our skills. In the early 1980's Holt Maintenance branched out into office cleaning and construction clean-up. In March of 1989 Los Angeles Magazine recognized us being among the companies they investigated who "could be trusted implicitly". In 2008 David's son Kevin joined him in running the business. Specialties We specialize in hardwood floors but we also clean and service tile floors, carpets, vinyl composition tile (VCT), linoleum floors, general cleaning and windows. We work with residential and business locations.
