At Ashworth Partners Ltd. we are in the business of acquiring off market 100+ unit multifamily properties and self-storage facilities located in strong or recovering markets that are undervalued compared to their competitors in the sub-market. The property must have the ability to achieve market valuations through improved marketing, experienced management and/or skilled renovation.Our role is to uncover suitable properties, perform the initial due diligence needed to bring in one of our operating partners or alternatively to syndicate them with groups of our investors. In this role we are actively searching for properties, operating partners and additional investors.An outgrowth of that work is the development of an analysis tool to quickly screen income properties to find those that can be acquired with positive cash flow and have additional upside.
