I focus on the motivations, operations and analysis frameworks which link all aspects of the company, its people and its business processes together. Typically, I leverage Salesforce.com to help achieve a company's goals, to enhance their processes and to enable their people to make collaborative data-driven decisions. I consider how to proactively solve business problems and to uncover potential process efficiencies by listening to internal and external customers by understanding business and technical requirements and existing pain points and by clearly and honestly communicating the expectations of all parties. Having explored the business processes and challenges I then help leadership teams identify, develop and drive operational efficiencies which will result in more transparency, increased sales and enhanced customer service. The end result is a customer and user experience that aligns process with technology.
